The apiary is located in Podlasie, the so-called green lungs of Poland, in a bee-friendly region. It is a family apiary with 100% own production. It is characterized by not mixing different types of honey, 100% natural honey. No chemicals are used in the apiary, no interference in the work of the bees, no sugar feeding to the bees during the honeymoon season. Nomadic farming with no use of fertilizers and pesticides in the bees' working area - in a word, the father of the apiary does what he can for Kaprys honey to be as it should be, does not plan and does not want to artificially increase production, sacrificing quality.
